There is nothing average about this cake. We use the finest ingredients blended with organic carrots to make our tantalizing carrot cake. We then incorporate roasted walnuts, fresh coconut, and golden raisins to our batter. We top it off with our from scratch citrus vanilla cream cheese icing.
